About Al Fares

For more than 35 years, Al Fares has made and sold sweet supplies from its base on Al-Quds Street in Ramallah.

Bakeries, sweet shops and cafés come to us for what they work with every day: raw chocolate, chips and coating chocolate, cream, syrups and finishing sauces, fillings, ready mixes, cold and hot drink bases, nuts, and dessert packaging.

Alongside our own lines, we distribute international brands such as Master Martini and Dawn.
